POOL
Our community pool is located at the corner of South Telluride Street and East Dorado Avenue.

The pool opens on Memorial day weekend and closes for the season Labor Day weekend. Regular hours are 10 AM to 8 PM. The pool will close in the event of bad weather, or if temperatures fall below 65 degrees. The last couple of weeks in August the pool has restricted hours. Hours as well as rules are posted at the pool. If you would like to use the pool for an event you may pick up an Agreement form at the pool office. There is a $25 usage fee as well as a $100 damage deposit. Depending on the size of the event, additional lifeguards may be required and will also need to be paid.
Residents in good standing (dues paid) with a pool pass may not bring other residents who are not in good standing to the pool as their guests. Residents may not give their pool passes to non-residents. Violation of this rule could result in pool passes being revoked. All residents must bring photo ID to the pool in order to be admitted.
New this year, if you have friends or family that would like to enjoy our pool, they may purchase a season pass for $200.00 per household for the 2010 season. Special pool rules will apply. Please contact Jeff Neary at 303-356-4633 for additional information.
Please see the Pool Rules below.
The form below may be downloaded if you wish to reserve the pool for a special event.
