Welcome to The Hills at Piney Creek

The Hills at Piney Creek is a covenant controlled residential community of 211 homes located in the southeast Denver metro area. This site is the voice of The Hills at Piney Creek Community Association, Inc. The Hills at Piney Creek Community Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation made up of the owners of the 211 lots within the neighborhood. 

 Board meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month. Homeowners are welcome to attend. Please call the Management Company at 720-489-5000 for the location of the next Board Meeting.  If you have any problems contacting a Board Member, please inform the Management Company.  Their email is tom.johnson@apmdenver.com.

Please note that board meetings in June, July and August are held at our pool.
